Customer Service Advisor - Tech Support

Monday to Friday

Trafford Park

Hybrid working 2 days per week after training

Role:


  • Building relationships with clients
  • Clearly communicate with customers
  • Handle and resolve end to end customer queries
  • Always aim for a first time fix
  • Actively managing back office systems
  • Keep clients up to date with timelines
  • Find/Resolve faults
