Due to continued growth across the South Coast, we are on the hunt for a billing branch manager to help launch and develop a new branch in Southampton.

This extremely exciting opportunity would be suitable for a Senior Consultant / Team Leader that may be looking for the next step in their career or an experienced Branch Manager who is looking for a new opportunity to get their teeth into.

As the BranchManager you will be able to build a team of recruiters who will report into you - This means you will be able to shape your branch as you see fit.

As a Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be carrying out the following duties:

Using a variety of means to generate new business
Working with the leadership team to attract, onboard and retain a team of recruiters
Developing members of your team through onetoone mentoring and coaching
Looking after our existing clients to ensure our high levels of repeat business continues
