Graduate Teaching Assistant

Large supportive school located in Hemel Broxbourne, Hertfordshire - ASAP or February Half term start for those with notice periods - opportunity to progress onto teacher training from Summer 2023.


Are you passionate about education and dedicated to making a positive impact in the classroom? Our school is seeking a highly skilled and experienced teaching assistant to join their team.


As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students to achieve their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.


We are looking to appoint Graduates of any degree for Teaching Assistant, LSA roles within a large Broxbourne Academy with a great record of supporting Graduates progress into teaching and Early Career Teachers progress onto superb teachers and middle leaders.

Who are you?


We are looking for graduates with an energetic and confident personality able to engage with pupils from years 7,8 and 9 and offer 1:1 and small group work.

Experience within youth work, SEN or tuition is an advantage however not essential. School hoursare from 8:15-3:40 daily Monday - Friday.


February 2023 Start - or sooner if available to July 2023

Permanent contract available for those who excel and wish to progress

Graduates of any degree welcome - we are especially keen to hear from English, Maths, Science, Education, Business and Sports

£80 - £115per day

Outstanding training, development and in house CPD available to all staff
