Due to an increased workload across the global team, we are looking for an
Order Management Specialist to join us and hit the ground running.
You'll be experienced in Order Management processes in SAP and after initial training on our ways of working, be able to start entering those orders quickly.
This is a Temporary Contract for 9-months.

About the role:
The Order Management Specialist is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance.
It will provide you with the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge in many areas of our customer journey and the varied teams.
Between them, the team has a range of experiences and skills and their openness creates an environment where you can learn.
As an Order Management Specialist, you will:
- Manage the implementation of incoming orders with precision.
- Enter new business orders into the SAP system, set up accounts, vehicle lists, multiple user logins
- Process additions to fleet orders and account renewals for existing customers.
- Arrange hardware upgrades as needed.
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores and meeting Key Performance Indicators.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of order management processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar order management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problemsolving abilities to address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the order management process

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
