Capital Maintenance are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our projects team in Central London, who specialise in maintenance of commercial and residential properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-trader with relevant experience in all trades who has varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial or residential environment.

We offer self-employment for this position.

The main duties include:

Minor Decorating/Painting
General Maintenance Duties
General Carpentry
General Plumbing
Installation of window restrictors
Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
Completion of work sheets via our mobile app

- expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
Previous fabric maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
A HSE understanding
Full UK Driver's License (not essential)
Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone
Takes pride in doing everything they do to the highest standard
A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.
