We have an exciting opportunity for a capable, personable, and ambitious Project Expert. This role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

A great listener,
accurate written skills along with excellent verbal communication are a must to be successful in this role.

Experience working in consultative sales and a proven ability to reach sales targets are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Develop relationships with prospective volunteers and their families by being knowledgeable and authentic. You will build trust and instil confidence that Projects Abroad is the right organisation for them
Through a consultative sales approach, assess the needs, desires, and motivations of prospective volunteers in order to match them to the most suitable project
Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls in a professional way by adopting a positive, enthusiastic, and attentive tone

This is role is ideal for someone located near to or within an easily commutable distance from Brighton, East Sussex.
