Job Overview:

We are seeking a vigilant and customer-oriented x4 Door Supervisor to join our team.

The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for customers and staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct surveillance of the premises to prevent theft and ensure safety
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide assistance when needed
  • Enforce venue policies and handle difficult situations professionally
  • Perform regular checks of the premises to ensure security standards are met
  • Collaborate with law enforcement if necessary

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or similar security role
  • Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures
  • First aid certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle conflicts calmly and efficiently

£13.00-£14.00 per hour
