Description

Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python; frameworks such as Spring Boot; experience building on AWS Cloud native technologies; familiar with DevOps; agile development practices
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of REST API's, Open APIs design and implementation. Messaging protocols, RDBMS, NoSQL, Streaming technologies. Such as Kafka and Flink
Introduce and reinforce software architectural disciplines across development teams, including quality attribute concerns such a stability, resiliency, fault tolerance, scalability, and performance
Partner with developers to improve existing designs and deprecate nonessential software
Actively contribute to technical discussions, proactively identify challenges and risks, evangelize architectural best practices
Ability to work closely with Application teams, peer architects and other teams in the organization to drive solutions architecture design
Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources
Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary
