Are you a qualified accountant and want to work for a business where finance is a trusted advisor?


We're looking for an Operations Finance Controller who not only is able to create standard costing but understands the importance of a Finance Business Partner who understands manufacturing but can also provide the narrative around what numbers mean.


You will be great at:


  • Leading the yearly budget standard costing cycle from raw materials prices to end finished product supported by insightful analysis of yearonyear movements
  • Monthly material variance analysis with root cause analysis to drive corrective actions by operations
  • Being an effective business partner to bakeries operations budget target delivery

You are:


  • Able to investigate key deviations to set financial targets and related prognosis
  • Able to develop excel based dash boards and related models for wider business
  • Local expert in company costing policy
  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA or similar

You have:


  • A solid background in operations finance in a manufacturing business
  • A sound understanding of standard costing principals
  • Familiarity with commercial tender processes
