This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a diverse team, supporting the education programmes for Ambulance Services in one of the busiest ambulance services in the world.

The Clinical Education and Standards department has moved to brand new specialist education facilities, and the Support Services Coordinator role is crucial in supporting the education of our clinical workforce.

Responsibility for planning and coordinating the advanced provision of course materials.


Responsibility for ensuring that the administration team prepare, produce and deliver course materials required for each programme, in a timely manner.

Responsibility for inputting all training course bookings and course completions onto the student management system.


Responsibility for coordinating the activities of administration staff assigned to the work stream, and providing progress reports to the Support Services Manager.

Responsibility for coordinating the ordering of all equipment, vehicles and products using the EPROC system


The Clinical Education and Standards department is a diverse team, responsible for all clinical education programmes in the London Ambulance Service.

Our team is committed to educational excellence, and we strive for developing, delivering, recording and reporting the very best to ensure the clinical staff of the London Ambulance Service provide the highest patient care.


  • The post holder will coordinate work streams as directed by the Support Services Manager, take responsibility for all tasks assigned and work with mínimal supervision within the
overall strategy of the Clinical Education & Standards Department.

  • The Education & Standards Support Services Coordinator will work as part of the Clinical Education & Standards Team to provide a comprehensive administrative support function
for the Clinical Education & Standards Office and for the Department of Clinical Education & Standards as a whole.

  • A key part of the role is planning and coordinating activity in the assigned work streams.
