Trainee Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Negotiator _**We are looking for self-motivated, energetic individuals to join our brilliant Lettings Team within our busy and vibrant office based in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire.

No experience is necessary as we look to invest in the right people for our team. We will give you a fast track route into the industry, with excellent & consistent training.

Salary of £19,000 rising to £20,000 per annum after 6 months' probation plus commission.

The responsibilities as a telephone estate agent:

To negotiate with investors throughout the UK to bring their property on the market
To manage a portfolio of current landlords to keep them up to date with our current products and services
To promote and book quality market appraisals for local branch managers
To account manage 1015 branches working closely with branch managers
To grow our rental market presence by growing our new investors portfolio
To deliver excellent customer service to all our clients

Skills and experience required to be successful:

Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
Good selfmotivator, able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
Sound customer service skills
Professional in appearance, manner and attitude
Articulate, literate, numerate and computerliterate
Experience of selling within a call centre environment

This is a telephone based role, offering huge progression potential

No drivers licence or previous experience in estate agency required
