Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000 P.A.

The Communications Manager will use their communications expertise and knowledge to drive the development and delivery of comprehensive internal and external communications.

You will be adept at crafting messages, press releases, Q&A's, briefing packs and researchingand writing engaging articles for our quarterly trade-facing magazine - tracking effectiveness of internal & external communications and channels to continuously improve the way they work in a digital-first environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing external communications
  • Developing case studies, user stories, and targeted communications for
  • Preparing all communications material for use on a variety of channels, including external comms, social media O365 apps, videos, briefs, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters and contributions to the quarterly tradefacing magazine
  • Supporting the senior management team offering advice and guidance on effective communication delivery
  • Ensuring communications messages are consistent across all mediums and are appropriate for different stakeholders and cultures and ensure processes are seamless
  • Creating content for specific communications events

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:


  • A creative flair to develop engaging communications, exceptional writing and editing skills with good organisational skills
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced, notforprofit tradefacing organisation, adaptable and comfortable working in areas of change and ambiguity
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and executing communications plans within complex organisations
  • Previous experience to demonstrate relationship building and influencing skills at all levels of an organisation
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability and gravitas to operate at all levels of the business
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly resilient and embraces change and challenge
