Cleaner

Leaf & Ground, Dursley, Gloucestershire
Approximately 2 hours per day. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Cover for long term staff absence.

5pm - 7pm. Your hours may vary on season, weather and business requirement.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced person to carry out cleaning and tidying duties. You will be working alone.

Your goal is to keep our buildings in a clean, orderly and attractive condition.

Main Duties
Clean designated internal areas (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning ceiling vents, etc)
Clean customer and staff toilets
Replenish supplies where needed
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Secure and alarm the site on leaving ensuring all windows are closed securely and doors, outbuildings and gates are locked securely
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repair
Cooperate with the rest of the staff to ensure the cleanliness of all areas
Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaner
Excellent references
Ability to handle heavy loads safely
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity and trustworthiness
