I am currently representing several main contractors who specialise in the prime residential construction sector who require site managers.

The companies are all long standing clients who I have worked with for many years, who I know to be good employers with strong reputations in prime residential.

To take ownership of a new £3m private house refurbishment in Kensington. Duties will include writing the short terms programmes as well as typical site management duties.

No.2 on an £8m refurbishment project in Kensington. Reporting to an onsite PM.

One of 5 site managers on a £100m+ Super Pime project in the Cotswolds. Reporting to a section PM.
