The Role

  • Concentrating on the International aspects: Import / Export / European movements (but may also include UK movements too)
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with our Customers, Operations, Partners and Suppliers for the movement of items within the UK and Overseas
  • Following up enquiries in a timely fashion professionally
  • Dealing with insurance forms, customs clearances and international boarder control
  • Booking additional services when required
  • Invoicing for works in a timely manner
  • Begin to learn the role of a Relocation Coordinator
  • Part time to include Fridays or Full time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (times to be discussed at interview)
