Our client has an Adventure Park in Warwick and they are looking for fun and outgoing person to join our amazing team as Team Leader.

**Reports to:

  • Operations Manager**The Team Leader provides daytoday management of the park. They Support the OM by focusing on local sales and secondary revenue processes of the park whilst promoting the highest levels of customer service and staff engagement.
Main tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Communicate targets and KPIs to relevant team members and ensure that appropriate plans are being followed to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Responsible for motivating and measuring upsell targets and expectations on front of house café, reception, and parties.
  • Responsible for managing the highest standard of customer service and achieving customer focused KPI's by maintaining and improving review scores and mystery shop results.
  • Responsible for daytoday management of the park and carrying out the role of shift manager as and when required.
  • Assist in delivering local sales and marketing plans.
  • Ensuring the sites marketing literature is displayed and up to date.
  • Ensure compliance and conduct audits in line with company procedure.

Requirements:


  • First Aid qualification (We can provide this)
  • Flexibility is essential to the role as the park has extended operating hours. Shifts will vary but will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Minimum of 1year proven leadership experience. Desirable
  • Experience working in sales. Desirable
  • Experience working on a café. Desirable.
