Description

• Responsible for assisting and enabling service users to wash, dress, undress, and all other aspects of personal care.
• Supporting with personal care needs, as well as helping service users to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing.
• Taking responsibility for the shift and for the service while on duty; Responding to emergencies.
• Preparing meals, and assisting with eating and drinking.
• Assisting with service users' overall comfort and wellbeing.
• Liaising with professionals when carrying out care plans.
• Identifying signs of deteriorating health in a client and report correctly.
