Jongor Hire have been supplying the event and hospitality industry with catering equipment for over 40 years, so it's fair to say we know what we're doing Our catering equipment is thoroughly cleaned and tested before every hire and our tableware is perfectly hand polished, ready to lay up at an event. That's where these roles come in

We are looking for equipment cleaner/kitchen porter to work in our busy warehouse performing the following duties:

Cleaning crockery, cutlery, glass and catering equipment particularly ovens, fridges, hot cupboards and other electrical and gas equipment

Desirable requirements, full training will be given:

Previous experience in warehousing or working in a commercial kitchen as a kitchen porter or pot washer

Essential Requirements

Able to work within a team and independently to meet multiple deadlines
Demonstrate a reasonable level of written and verbal communication skills in English, so able to understand instructions and perform tasks
Ability to work accurately and methodically, dealing with counting and numbers
Adaptability
High organisational skills towards tasks
Punctual and flexible approach to tasks and duties

Working Hours

Predominately in May you'll work
Monday to Friday 7.30am 4pm.
During June and July all staff are required to work additional hours, usually
Monday to Saturday, 7.

30am - 6pm:

Hours worked over 40 is paid at x
1.

25:

Weekend working and bank holiday working is paid at
x 1.5

We are looking for people to start immediately.

Contract length: 3 months

From £11.50 per hour
