What will I be doing?:
- Responsibility for supervising a warehouse shift for the Stuart London Hub including staffing, sorting operations fleet management and stock control
- Responsibility for ensuring that others are working in a safe environment and flagging nonH&S adherence to site manager
- Understand KPIs (site quality, delivery, safety metrics)
- Delivering shift huddles/handovers and communicating confidently with the hub team
- Help with route creation
- Support drivers during the delivery

- A positive 'can-do mentality
- A strong understanding of and values diversity within the workplace
- Flexible approach to work and a willingness to work alternative shift patterns when required and at weekends
- Ability to think outside the box and suggest continuous operational improvements
- Teamorientated: an ability to motivate a team of warehouse operativesExperience in Health and Safety Procedures
