Lorien Resourcing is looking for an Administrator to join our Pre-Employment Screening Team (PES) in our Edinburgh office on a permanent / full time basis.

Lorien have a number of clients across the UK were we are engaged with at an RPO, MSP or MV level.

These accounts are growing and the number of IT contractors that are on assignment at present that the PES team have to complete reference checks / security checks / right to work documentation / PES packs for is increasing massively meaning we now need to recruit another person to this team to support this growth.


The role of the PES team is to help with the on-boarding process of all our contractors who are successfully placed with Lorien's major corporate accounts.

This is a very busy role in which time management is essential. You will be supporting some very busy corporate accounts.

Some of the Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with all the pre-employment screening and procedures for the clients
  • Obtain and verify "right to work" documentation to ensure eligibility to work in the UK
  • Carry out reference checks for all contractors onsite for our clients
  • Updating internal Database
  • To produce timely and accurate management reporting upon request
  • Liaising with contractors for renewals and raising appropriate documentation


Working from the Edinburgh office 3-4 days a week and having the flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
