Opportunity Overview:


We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for
a Quality and Governance Lead to join our dedicated team in Camden.

In this role, you'll spearhead quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits, identifying best practices, implementing improvement plans, and assessing their impact.

You'll stay ahead of sector-wide progress, evidence-based practices, and relevant legislation to ensure our services remain at the forefront of quality care.


Our Camden service thrives as a collaborative community, comprised of a diverse team including service managers, medical professionals, nurses, recovery staff, volunteers, administrators, and peer mentors.


Location:
Camden, London


Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week


Salary:
£36, £39, pro rata - dependent on experience)


Allowance:
Inner London Weighting of £4072.06


Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead quality improvement efforts, conducting regular audits and developing action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement action plans, evaluate their effectiveness, and identify areas for further development.
  • Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Provide reports to regulatory bodies and analyse user feedback to drive service improvements.

About You:


  • Experience in Social Care and the Drug and Alcohol field.
  • Understanding of the recovery ethos and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting audits, analysing data, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and lead teams toward common goals.
