Role Purpose
Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our airlines and maintaining health and safety to the highest standard.
What you will be doing
- To ensure our ground handling is delivered safely, on time and consistently in line with the service level standards.
- Lead from the front at all times
- Conduct prearrival aircraft briefings with your team
- Ensure all team members are following company policies and procedures at all times
- Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed
- Utilise any new technology introduced by the station to enhance the operation
- Taking care of any company property, and reporting any damage to Line Manager
- Airside driving duties
- Embrace change of airline procedures.
- Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.

What we are looking for
- Good verbal communication.
- A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history.
- Valid Passport
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of address
- Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance
- Previous Experience in a similar aviation role
