About Our Client:
My client is a large reputable law firm looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team in Derby.
- Manage incoming telephone enquiries and signpost to the correct team
- Data processing and management of databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely import of information
- Take payments from clients
- Support the firm with any additional administrative/ client care duties
- Engage with any onsite visitors; answering the door, seating clients in meeting rooms, making drinks etc
- Organise and manage the office stationary, shopping and sundries
- Manage banking for the office including, and where necessary, the administration of cheques and cash. Taking to the bank to process and complete banking documentation for Accounts team
- Administration and management of the office petty cash, including collection of receipts.
- Coordinate with Office Manager/ Accounts, the office cleaning contractor ensuring timely attendance, cover for holidays or sickness etc
- Coordinate with the Office Manager to arrange any office periodical checks and maintenance, to include but not exhaustive of, fire extinguishers, boiler, photocopiers, electricals, skip hire, window cleaner etc
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring the rooms are kept clean and stocked of stationery and marketing material
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience as a Senior Administrator
- Can commute to Derby
- Highly organised
- Able to work well in a team
- Great cooperation skills
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask
What's on Offer:
