About Our Client:

My client is a large reputable law firm looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team in Derby.

  • Manage incoming telephone enquiries and signpost to the correct team
  • Data processing and management of databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and timely import of information
  • Take payments from clients
  • Support the firm with any additional administrative/ client care duties
  • Engage with any onsite visitors; answering the door, seating clients in meeting rooms, making drinks etc
  • Organise and manage the office stationary, shopping and sundries
  • Manage banking for the office including, and where necessary, the administration of cheques and cash. Taking to the bank to process and complete banking documentation for Accounts team
  • Administration and management of the office petty cash, including collection of receipts.
  • Coordinate with Office Manager/ Accounts, the office cleaning contractor ensuring timely attendance, cover for holidays or sickness etc
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager to arrange any office periodical checks and maintenance, to include but not exhaustive of, fire extinguishers, boiler, photocopiers, electricals, skip hire, window cleaner etc
  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring the rooms are kept clean and stocked of stationery and marketing material

  • Experience as a Senior Administrator
  • Can commute to Derby
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Great cooperation skills
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
