- Logging all incidents on bespoke system.
- Always Ensuring excellent customer service.
- Building strong rapport.
- Inputting of Customers data.
- General office Admin duties.
- Strong knowledge of all MS packages.
- Excellent customer service.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Organisational skills.
