**Administrator- Carlisle (walking distance from city centre)**
Salary between £18,525
Monday-Friday
My Client has several fantastic opportunities to work as an Administrator to join their Head Office teams in Carlisle.

With Multiple oppurtunities availible they are looking to fill adinistration positions within their Payroll, Sales and property teams to support the teams operations and company growth.
Duties include:
- Complete weekly store audits
- Reconciliation of store sales to cash/cards/voucher payments
- Follow up/investigate discrepancies
- Deal with credit card chargebacks by collecting relevant information and responding to Worldpay within timelines
- Log manual credit card slips and remit for payment
- Arrange and order new data and equipment in advance of new store openings
- Send documentation/supplies to stores as and when required
- Ensure stores have relevant information regarding floats, gift cards etc
- Post journals
- Reconcile allocated suspense accounts
- Any other general finance administration as and when required
- Process Stock take results and investigate if necessary
The post holder must have the following:
- Flexible approach to work and the ability to work as part of a team
- Able to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
