Marylebone Cricket Club (the Club) is the world's most active cricket club, custodian of the laws of cricket and is also the owner of Lord's Ground, affectionately known as the "Home of Cricket".

We are looking for Match Day Stewards to join our team and contribute to the safety and high-quality service we offer our Members.

The MCC and Lord's brands are renowned worldwide and are synonymous with excellence, prestige, and providing an enjoyable customer experience, whether at an international cricket match with 31,000 spectators, or for Sunday afternoon tea in the Long Room.

Working as part of a world-class stewarding team, you will play a crucial role in the three pillars of event operations: safety, security, and service.

To be successful as a Match Day Steward, you will:

be warm and welcoming, calm under pressure, and provide a first-class service to all those who enter the Ground

- have the confidence to direct the public, ensuring the safety and security of all staff, spectators, members, and players are never compromised, and ensure ground regulations are followed at all times
- act in line with the club's own standards and values: smart, attentive, and original

Essential Skills
Required Skills and Experience
Spectator safety and security in a sports venue would be beneficial but not essential.

Skills and ability testing will form part of the selection process._
