The Reservations team handles booking enquiries via telephone, providing top-notch Customer Service to confirm cruise bookings and promote all Fred. Olsen products. Join this dynamic team to lead and motivate Cruise Consultants.

This role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with a shift pattern between 8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00am - 5:00pm alternate Saturdays (a mid-week day off is provided when working on a Saturday).
