You must be able to provide high level administrative billing support to all company division.EMEA GMBS is the software used for sales and invoicing, it is essential that you have knowledge of this.
The account management teams, field finance and shared service accounts all require the support of the billing administrator.
Knowledge of SAGE is essential along with a strong knowledge of VAT within the EMEA region.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Must be able to step in and support all aspects of administrative roles to help during holiday and sickness absences.
This is a great place to work, a very fast paced busy environment.
The role is a hybrid role offices based in Sheffield.
- Analyze billing data and ensure accuracy of invoices
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain customer records and update billing information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billingrelated issues
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving billing inquiries
- Assist with monthend closing activities related to billing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using billing software Sage,
- Efficient data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
