Specialists in providing engineered above ground drainage and water supply systems,
Polypipe Building Services leverages offsite fabrication to design and deliver solutions to mechanical and public health engineers, M&E contractors as well as local authorities.

Polypipe Building Services houses well-known industry brand Terrain and has been delivering systems to commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, education and leisure projects for over 50 years.


Role:

The role will provide a support to the Advantage team & sales team ensuring up to date communication is always provided.

The role will provide a coherent liaison process from office to manufacturing and ensure product processes such as BOM creation, Order configuration and customer data logging are communicated and reported across the relevant parts of the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Linking CRM Activity with current business processes / updates
  • Linking Sales activities to projects to ensure compliance with commercial sales strategy
  • Processing of Orders in line with company procedure
  • Processing of BOM and configurable parts to completion
  • Cross business communication including planning, manufacturing and sales
  • Customer communication updates
  • Managing live orders to ensure deadlines are achieved and meet the OTIF target.
  • Working effectively with other team members
  • General administration duties (front sheets, labels and drawings)
  • Planning transport for Advantage orders on core fleet and via courier

Requirements:


  • Good understanding of construction industry/merchant's
  • Excellent communication skills & customer service skills
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise work
  • Organised and focused
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills

Working Hours:
_Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week._
