We are looking to hire a Senior Lettings Consultant, based in Horsforth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Consultant to work for one of the largest estate agents in the region The role will involve assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the smooth running of the branch on a day to day basis.

JOB PURPOSE


You will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the smooth-running of the Branch on a day to day basis, covering roles / departments as required to ensure set targets are met.

You will provide first line advice and support to Tenants and Landlords in accordance with organisational policy, procedure and professional standards, to ensure highly effective customer services.

Maximise potential opportunities with prospective Landlords and Tenants by pro-actively promoting the services/properties. You will deputise for the Branch Manager in his/her absence.

You will be responsible for business generation, by generating new business activities such as canvassing and following up on existing leads.

You will be responsible for proactively responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximize potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.

Encouraging potential landlords to have a property appraisal and to use the Company's services to let and manage their property.

You will also maintain regular contact with your potential tenants encouraging them to view properties matching their requirements.

Salary of £25,000 per annum.
