Responsible to:
General Manager
Main Duties/Tasks
- To work under the supervision of the General Manager and senior office staff.
- Support the venue in the daytoday delivery of the customer services department, and be the main point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries.
- To answer incoming telephone enquires in a professional, customer centric and consistent manner following the relevant procedure, and to make outgoing calls to customers when necessary.
- To administer changes to ticket bookings when required using the venue's ticketing and till system.
- To liaise with the other departments in the venue to ensure that relevant customer information is promptly communicated.
- To perform basic administration duties under the guidance of the General Manager and senior management team.
- To ensure all customer complaints are promptly communicated to the relevant senior manager.
- To ensure all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties are carried out in the office area.
- To ensure all cleaning systems are adhered to following the correct use of authorised chemicals and COSHH regulations, and that the office area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To ensure you follow all Health & Safety procedures, regulations and internal venue rules.
- Ensure that exceptionally high standards of customer care are delivered at all times.
- To ensure all maintenance issues that are identified are reported using the correct procedure.
- To liaise with other departmental managers to seek regular feedback regarding the customer service department.
- To perform other reasonable duties commensurate with the position.
Person specification
Essential:
Previous experience in a customer facing or call centre role
Good working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT
Excellent telephone handling skills
Availability to work at weekends
Outgoing and fun personality
Desirable:
Previous experience of working in the hospitality, entertainment or leisure industry
Availability to work flexibly in the week when required
Salary:
Up to £27,040.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
