What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.

Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following:

Work through assigned Insurer accounts to confirm what can be paid to them.
Interact with Insurers and Account Handlers, where necessary, to resolve any queries on the accounts.
Process payments, when completed, to ensure they reach the insurers within the time limit given.
Post payments and any cheques received into the bank daily.
Set up new agreements and renewals with our funding house, Premium Credit Ltd.
Learn all aspects of account work so cover can be provided when colleagues are absent.

Qualifications and Experience
It's essential that you have some office-based accounts experience and good Excel skills.

You will need to have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail whilst being adaptable to changing environments and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
