Our client is looking for an experienced
Sales and Marketing Manager to lead a close-knit team of professionals in advertising and selling their product portfolio, tracking market developments, creating strategies, setting up sales plans and maintaining customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Accomplishes sales and marketing team objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
  • Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
  • Achieves sales and marketing operational objectives by contributing sales and marketing information.
  • Prepares and completes sales and marketing plan.
  • Meets sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Manages some key accounts and makes some field visits to maintain the good relationship with the customers.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Prepares and completes monthly and annual sales and marketing report.
  • Manages and supports domestic and international exhibitions


This role will require strong leadership skills, an exceptional understanding of sales and marketing, confident communication skills and solid analytical skills.

Experience of managing exhibitions (domestic or international) would be highly advantageous.

This role will be 70% office based and 30% field based.

Competitive salary, uncapped commissions, car allowance. You must be willing to travel nationally to customer facilities.
