We are now looking to recruit an accounts admin assistant, on a temporary maternity cover contract, initially running to October 2023.

Previous experience within an accounts team is not essential, but general administration skills, good understanding of Microsoft office products and a can-do attitude are important.


Crucially, you will need to be meticulous, have a pleasant, helpful manner and be able to deliver a first-class customer service to not only our clients, but in-house staff too.


We work in a very fast paced environment so you will need to have good time management skills, be quick to learn and proactive within the workplace.


Hours:
Part-time

(Part-time either 5 days ( _afternoon 12-5_) or 3 full days ( _to include Thurs and Fri 9-5_))


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Orders
  • Adding client details onto finance databases, generating and sending invoices and adding purchased products to the client database.
  • Chasing current outstanding payments with customers.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£12,000.00-£14,000.00 per year
