Description

Brit European are looking for an Accounts Administrator based in Middlewich - this is a permanent position.

Your Shift Pattern:


  • Part-Time 30 hours per week
  • 3 or 4 Days a week flexible (Office Based)
  • 1 hour lunch

Your Salary
- £20,280 per annum

  • Holidays 20 days plus 8 statutory days
  • Pension contribution after 3 months
  • Medical cover available after 6 months

Your job:


  • Generation of sales invoicing for the business on a weekly basis, including working on customer portals to post invoice documents once completed.
  • Reviewing job values and adding extra charges as required for each movement, and liaising with the sales team on any queries found.
  • Adhoc credit control duties as required for the Finance Director.
  • Matching and reconciliation of subcontractor invoices against our logistics system and approval through to our accounting system.
  • Generation of manual invoices/credit notes as required.
  • Cover on all sales invoice related tasks.

  • Microsoft office experience
  • Sage accounts experience essential
  • Good excel skills and be able to work with Pivot tables and large amounts of data.
