Description

ABL Health, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire ICS deliver a Specialist Tier 3 weight management service alongside our Tier 4 bariatric surgery service at Castle Hill Hospital.

You will join a well-established team comprising of a team manager, project lead, nutritionists, therapists, exercise specialists and administrators.

The post holder will work within the wider MDT of GPs, psychologists, dietitians, nutritionist, exercise specialists and healthy lifestyle advisors to provide dietetic expertise for the Weight Management Service.

This will involve providing dietetic patient care, contributing to MDT, leading dietetic led clinics and supporting group education and intervention sessions.

The interventions can take place vie telephone, digital platforms or face to face community venues across the footprint. You will be supported by the Professional lead, service manager, project lead and the wider MDT.
