Qualifications and Education Requirements
You will be able to anticipate customers' needs and resolve sensitive financial problems fairly and professionally using empathy and have a commitment to provide excellent Customer Service.
You will have a positive attitude, be a flexible, focused and target-driven individual with a common sense approach, and a strong work and team ethic.
Office based - 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am-5pm
