Customer Service
Temp to Perm opportunity for the right person
Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (40hrs per week)
1 in 7 Saturday 8:4- 17:15
Payrate £9.62phr will raise once training is completed

you will provide support to the customer experience department as well as being expected to work on administrative tasks set daily.

Tasks;

  • Accurate data input into in house systems
  • Acting as the key liaison point and always provide outstanding customer service
  • Booking appointments
  • Input data received from our field staff to produce reports
  • Supporting customers with choosing their material choices.
  • Invoicing claims
  • Analysing and correcting financial data
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure any complaints are escalated to your Customer Experience Manager/operations managers.
  • Understanding of all contracts you are responsible for.
  • Appointing and communicating with key suppliers as and when required.
  • Adhere to & ensure compliance
  • Flexibility to support across multiple contracts when required.
