Customer Service
Temp to Perm opportunity for the right person
Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (40hrs per week)
1 in 7 Saturday 8:4- 17:15
Payrate £9.62phr will raise once training is completed
you will provide support to the customer experience department as well as being expected to work on administrative tasks set daily.
Tasks;- Accurate data input into in house systems
- Acting as the key liaison point and always provide outstanding customer service
- Booking appointments
- Input data received from our field staff to produce reports
- Supporting customers with choosing their material choices.
- Invoicing claims
- Analysing and correcting financial data
- Resolve customer queries and ensure any complaints are escalated to your Customer Experience Manager/operations managers.
- Understanding of all contracts you are responsible for.
- Appointing and communicating with key suppliers as and when required.
- Adhere to & ensure compliance
- Flexibility to support across multiple contracts when required.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and of own initiative
- Team player
