- Manage the People Resourcing Team inbox
- Assist in booking interviews, assessment centres and meeting rooms
- Coordinate all recruitment administration
- Complete 'right to work' checks
- Issue offer letters
- Produce weekly and adhoc reports
- Manage the Refer a Friend scheme
- Support the People and Culture Team to ensure job descriptions are uptodate and filed in the internal electronic library
- Together with the Resourcing Partners, be the champion for the ATS, identifying ways to maximise system usage to continuously improve the recruitment process. Support hiring managers with the use of the system where required
- Maintain internal vacancy communications
- Manage the Purchase Order process for the Resourcing Team
- Ensure the storage of all sensitive information is maintained securely and confidentially
- Support People & Culture projects and organisational change
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a HR or Recruitment Team
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Proven administration skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- A confidential and professional approach at all times
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in using a recruitment or HR system desirable
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to work within a fastpaced environment
- Able to work well as part of a dispersed team over multiple sites, supporting hiring managers remotely and covering for colleagues in their absence
- Selfmotivated and able to take the initiative when required
