Description

Our New Homes team are looking to hire site sales representatives for a our new homes site which is based in Linton.

The site will require staff from the 22cnd of April.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the sales office and development including the required administration and sales process - training would be required as necessary, and our New Homes team would fully support each of these roles.

The opportunity would suit someone from high-end hospitality or the airline industry as excellent customer care is paramount.


The hours of work are varied and can be tailored to suit the team members because this is a shared role, however typically a full time role would be working Thursday - Monday each week from 10am until 5.00pm.

The role is a

fixed term contract.

What you'll do:


  • To meet and greet all visitors to the Marketing Suite
  • Deal with clients and applicants on the telephone and facetoface, ensuring that the applicant's requirements are noted
  • To deal with all requests for property details
  • To arrange and undertaking viewings with applicants
  • To negotiate sales with purchasers and see sales through to completion and liaise with the client as required
  • To keep viewing arrangement details uptodate, and property files stocked with sets of sales particulars
  • Carry out local market research in relation to local competition this could include visits to local competing new homes sites.
  • Telephone calls to competing sites.
  • Detailed monthly reports to Head of New Homes on proforma's provided.
  • To assist/oversee (depending on experience) the property sales and progress
  • Completion of weekly sales reports summarising activity.

About you:


  • Previous New Homes sales experience would be great but experience in the
    airline industry or highend hospitality would also be welcome
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft office packages and a familiarisation with databases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills competent in communicating with people at all levels of an organisation, maintaining professionalism and having an approachable manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and deal with a varied workload
  • Ability to work proactively and under own initiative
