Luton / Hybrid Remote


This is a wonderful opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, who will be involved in supporting our Recruitment team with the admin duties and day-to-day processes across our management and administration functions.

Do you have previous admin experience? Are you confident in speaking with all levels of stakeholders? Are you interested in a new and exciting role?


As Recruitment Coordinator you'll be:


  • Managing and organising a shared inbox
  • Supporting hiring managers in the recruitment process
  • Managing and maintaining our internal Application Tracking System
  • Arranging briefs between hiring managers and recruiters
  • Ensure data is updated on the team tracker and collating data for monthly reports
  • Creating Canva ads and posting adverts on relevant websites

As Recruitment Coordinator you'll have:


  • Previous experience in a fastpaced, highvolume administration role (within the recruitment industry would be an advantage)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capability
  • Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
  • Uses judgment to know when to ask for help and guidance
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Understands and implements processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers
