Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator

Location:
Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3SB.

Salary:
OTE £35,000 + benefits.

Full Time and Permanent - Flexible Working Hours Available.

Our client has a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.

Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join our client's team at their Stockton-on-Tees Dealership.

About the Job:

As an experienced VDA Estimator, the purpose of your role is to assess a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex and calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.

You will liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards for and liaise regularly with the workshop and contact customers to provide updates.

This is high volume repairs carried out to the BSI PAS 10125 standards.

Possess a flexible approach and a positive attitude.
Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Help achieve sales targets as set out by Accident Repair Centre ManagerEnsure work is completed to a high standard at all times.
Comply with Health & Safety Procedures.
Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e. Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc.
Knowledge of Audatex, Escribe and BS10125 is preferable.
