Our client is an award winning media and publishing company who are looking for aReward and Benefits Analyst to join their team
You'll be working closely with the Head of Reward and be responsible for the preparation of detailed data files required for the successful delivery of the annual reward and benefits cycle - including the annual salary review, the gender/ethnicity pay gap analysisand the provision of benchmark data.
As the Reward and Benefits Analyst you'll have a strong focus on the provision of data, and insight, to support key reward initiatives and decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the gender pay gap and ethnicity pay gap results
- Support the delivery of the annual salary review process and the submission of the annual salary benchmarking data
- Provision of diversity data and relevant analysis
- Undertake benchmarking of roles as required and provide clear recommendations based on available data.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of all the core and voluntary benefits available
- Provision of annual renewal data for the group policies etc.
- Work with pension scheme administrator to provide relevant data to support the annual production of the pension benefit statements
- Liaise external advisors, consultants and brokers.
- Support with the review of new potential benefits as well as benchmarking existing arrangements
- Support strategic and tactical HR projects ensuring delivery to specification and budget.
This role will be the right next step if you have previous experience working in a reward or HR Operations team.
This is a permanent hybrid role paying up to £45K depending on experience.
