Working within the Finance team you will be the Senior Business Partner responsible for the Government Public Property PFI portfolio (GPP) within Workplace and Compliance Services (WCS division).

GPP has a turnover of circa £65m delivered via 45 Contracts. You will be responsible for business partnering the WCS divisional MD and delivering all things performance/finance related.


You will provide tools, analysis and insight to the business, challenging thinking within a portfolio of accounts within Bellrock, helping to make informed decisions whilst driving the business strategy, maximising value creation and minimising risk exposure.


You will provide 'real time' support and analysis working as a trusted advisor to add value and assist in decision making.

Responsible for reporting all contractual and financial matters both to Bellrock and to the client as well as end-to-end financial management for the contract.

And as a Senior Finance Business Partner with Bellrock you'll do it by

  • Business Partnering with the Managing Director and 2 Heads of Regions
  • Leading and managing a team of 3, (
  • Finance Business Partners and 1 Assistant Management Accountant)
  • Leading the R&O process (Risk's and Opportunities vs Budget/Forecast)
  • Owning and delivering the annual budgeting and reforecast(s)
  • Ensuring the team deliveries month end reporting to Group deadlines (including selfdelivery of your regional contracts)
  • Ensuring the team deliveries on any client reporting including Service Charge budgeting
  • Leading on financial modelling for the portfolio/specific contracts
  • Leading and owning on month end/year end commentaries on the portfolio against budget/forecast
  • Ensuring all financial information has been provided to budget holders to support cost control and aid performance management and target achievement.
  • Review and complete balance sheet reconciliations for project accruals, prepayments, accrued income and deferred income.
  • Deliver financial controls and corporate governance standards, supporting and monitoring compliance using technical expertise.
  • Assisting in the timely billing and reporting of accrued income
