Main responsibilities:

• Manage external creative agencies and retainer partners, ensuring the delivery of highquality materials fit for purpose.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategies for the Busaba and Ajia brands, covering digital, advertising, communications, and creative components.
• Prepare, manage, and regularly report on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
• Establish, monitor, and report on team goals, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Analyse guest behaviour to identify opportunities for reaching new market segments.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing plans for the introduction of new menus, specials, and other initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts between sales and marketing to enhance brand awareness and support the operations team.
• Supervise social media planning and execution, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

Requirements:

• Previous Head of Marketing or equivalent position within the hospitality sector, with a paramount focus on successfully opening and launching new brands within short timeframes.
• Evident success in formulating and implementing marketing strategies that significantly influence brand awareness and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Extensive expertise spanning both online and offline marketing channels, showcasing a wellrounded approach to marketing initiatives.
• Established track record in effectively overseeing external marketing agencies, ensuring collaboration and highperformance outcomes.
• Proficient in budget management, demonstrating the ability to allocate resources strategically for optimal results.
