Talent Acquisition Specialist

Leeds, hybrid

£35,000 - £40,000 plus package

Permanent

I'm working with a global property business with an office in Leeds who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Partner with daily recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

Creating job specifications and advertising vacancies on various job boards.
Work closely with TA Partner to understand job requirements fully.
Screening applicant's CVs and conduct telephone screening to assess applicants' suitability for roles.
Ensure TA Partner and key stakeholders are kept informed throughout the recruitment process.

Skills & Experience

Experience in a similar role within an In House recruitment team.
Experience in technical recruitment and sourcing for the construction industry would be desirable.
Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisation.

This role is Leeds based (hybrid), permanent, and is offering circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
