Warehouse Supervisor (West Yorkshire) - Band - £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Saint are a leading flooring contractor with offices across England supplying and installing directly to the new house build sector.

Due to our continued growth, we require a Warehouse Supervisor to fill a key role for our newly created region in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious experienced Warehouse Supervisor who wishes to progress their career within this field.

At Saint, you would be joining what we believe to be the best flooring team in the new house build industry within the UK.

Main Objectives
To supervise a small team and ensure the smooth running of a small but busy warehouse.

The Role
The role as Warehouse Supervisor will also include the following:

Allocating product for daily jobs
Taking in deliveries
Loading fitters
Maintaining stock control system and managing ordering and stock control and allocation
Ad hoc deliveries to site/other branches
Supervising a small team

The Person

Ideally, we are seeking an all all-round experienced problem solver who ideally has knowledge of flooring products and can anticipate issues before they arise and can use their own initiative in order to achieve the right outcome.

In addition, the right person must be:

Computer literate
Have good communication skills to build good working relationships with the rest of the team in the warehouse and the office
Be flexible
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Can work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Hold a current driving licence and forklift truck licence
