Wecurrently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong admin skills and sound knowledge of the fabric of buildings, to join our busy Estates teamThe role:
You and your small team will be responsible for:
- Reacting to all incoming repair reports from tenants.
- Liaising with and instructing contractors on works, to include estimate requests and reports etc.
- Using our systems and property management database to maintain accurate and comprehensive maintenance records, and to issue works
- Instructing planned maintenance works and overseeing associated projects
- Administering our gas, electric, CO and EPC obligations, ensuring our properties are legally compliant
- Processing invoices and quality control of works completed within 28 days.
As head of the department, you will motivate and drive your team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers and provide high levels of customer service at all times.

Full-time hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm
