The Role

Key purpose of the role is to represent the client on enforcement related matters including carrying out inspections, liaising with members of the public and stakeholders regarding complaints, drafting reports and appeals.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Investigate breaches of planning control
Conducting site inspections
Planning enforcement complaints and enforcement investigations

To be considered for this role you will require**:

A-level or NVQ educated
Experience in working in specialist area
Problem solving mindset

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

Excellent organisational skills
Good working knowledge of planning enforcement
Proven ability to give guidance on planning enforcement matters

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£55 per hour
Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
