Description
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to represent the client on enforcement related matters including carrying out inspections, liaising with members of the public and stakeholders regarding complaints, drafting reports and appeals.
- Investigate breaches of planning control
- Conducting site inspections
- Planning enforcement complaints and enforcement investigations
- A-level or NVQ educated
- Experience in working in specialist area
- Problem solving mindset
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of planning enforcement
- Proven ability to give guidance on planning enforcement matters
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£55 per hour
Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
