Hybrid - Purchase Ledger Clerk - Marlow - £25,000 to £28,000

The Company:

A global leader in their field, our client has been established in the local area for well over a decade and currently requires additional support within their small and friendly Accounts Payable Team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will have a varied role encompassing all aspects of Purchase Ledger.

Duties will include:

Setting up new suppliers on the system
Processing purchase ledger invoices
Setting up and processing supplier payments
Dealing with supplier queries
Statement reconciliations
Reconciling direct debits
Staff expenses
Other ad hoc duties as required
You will have a years experience of working in an accounts department
Strong attention to detail
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Use of an ERP such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics would be an advantage.
